The permittee shall be made to provide to <br />the City the annrot)riate documentation as to this <br />com_~lian¢~ ,m, nuaily, <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~/96-04-074 (Zimmennan/Pete~o~All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0398 relating to Good Value's request for a <br />conditional use permit to grade and export soil. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g96-04-075 (Peterson/Zimmerman/All) approving <br />the issuance of a CUP and declaring terms of permit to grade and <br />export soils. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to draft an ordinance <br />amending the BI, B2, B3, BW, and Industrial District regulations <br />by inserting the language from Section 9.20.14 (R3 Urban <br />Residential), Subdivision 9 of the City Code pertaining to lighting <br />standards. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Jake Barthold's request for a variance from <br />minimum street frontage or lot width requirements: The Board of <br />Adjustment directed Staff to amend the following: (6) "That the <br />Subject Property has approximately 132 feet of frontage on a <br />public road, 157th Lane N.W. and 158th Lane N.W." (10) <br />"That the special conditions, 132 feet of frontage on a public road, <br />do not result from the actions of the Applicant." Amend #11-13 <br />and 15-17 in the affu'mative. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g96-05-124 (Holland/Thomd/All/Bawden <br />Absent) adopting Findings of Fact g0400 relating to Jake <br />Barthold's request for a variance. <br /> <br />Terms of variance - Jake Barthold: The Board of Adjustment <br />directed Staff to delete #3 as proposed and replace it with the <br />following language: "That the property owner is required to <br />install one driveway onto 157th Lane of bituminous, <br />concrete or Class 5, the entirety of which must be <br />located within the boundaries of the Subject Property. <br />Also, the property owner shall be responsible for <br />providing the City with an easement onto the Subject <br />Property for snow storage and vehicle turn-around." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g96-05-125 (Holland/LaDue/All/Bawden <br />Absent) approving the issuance of a variance for Jake Barthold <br />from the street frontage requirement, based on Findings of Fact <br />~0400, and declaring terms of same as amended. <br /> <br /> <br />
