Execute
Development Agreement.

Council recommended that Sherman Associates proceed to apply for
final site plan and plat approval for the proposed townhouse
development on Outlot B in Sunfish Square.

Upon review of the draft language for the Comprehensive Plan
Amendment, Councilmember Zimmerman expressed a concern about
Highway//47 being included as a regional highway - It was suggested
that you include it (page 3 - 24) and the Met Council could always "X"
is out if they don't agree that it's a regional. It appears they have
grouped 47 with 116, etc. Check on that. 3-17 should not say two
locations- it should say Ford Brook and Trott Brook. Consensus of
the Council was that these changes should be made along with the map
changes and then it should be brought back to Council for review
again.

Council granted site plan approval to KKE Architects for the Landmark
Community Bank facility contingent upon agreement on the shingles
and the sidewalk/trail/walkway. Execute Development Agreement.

Council approved the site plan for the expansion to Alloy Recovery
Company contingent upon the applicant entering into a development
agreement with the City, submittal of a landscape/screening plan and
modifying the site plan to provide B-612 concrete curbing around the
perimeter of bituminous from the front of the building to the front
property line. Council agreed that the release of the financial guarantee
until the curbing and pavement is installed and that the landscaping and
screening has been worked out. Execute development agreement.

Council approved Corporate Real Estate's site plan for the Copper
Sales facility contingent upon supplying the City with a modified site
plan clearly identifying pavement and curbing in accordance with the
recommendations of the Planning Commission, providing a lighting
plan and the approval of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review
Board. Execute development agreement.

Council adopted the resolution approving final plat to Ferrum
Addition. It was left contingent upon a favorable response from
Anoka County regarding the exit onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard as
Ryan felt that the request should be made again.

Execute Resolution //96-04-07I (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting
Findings of Fact 4/0397 relating to Alloy Recovery's request for an
amended CUP to expand the principal building on the site.
