(Add a term to read <br />that all inspection reports will be provided to the City and that this <br />permit will again be reviewed by City Council on November 26, 1996. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution amending the site plan development <br />permit for the expansion of the Rum River Plaza Shopping Center. <br />Amend the permit to allow for a two-phase cons~'uction project during <br />1996 and 1997. <br /> <br />Council approved the proposed site plan for L.A.N.D. Properties retail <br />center contingent upon Staff review letter and DNR certification of a <br />variance to impervious surfaces. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for Dave's Custom Digging with the <br />exception of no Class V overlay or a drainage pond and that a berm of <br />somewhat negotiable height be placed along the area and planted with <br />pine trees. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council directed that you look at adopting similar lighting standards in <br />residential area as is being introduced for the B-I, B-2, B-3, BW <br />Industrail Districts. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution granting final plat approval to Rabbit <br />Run. The Transportation Impact Fees should be held in a separate <br />escrow account until it is determined that the City has the authority to <br />collect such a fee. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Wood Pond Hills 5th. At the <br />request of the developer, the park dedication and Transportation Impact <br />Fee (if there is to be one) should be based on 29 lots which does not <br />include the current homesteaded property belong to Hanus'. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ¢¢96-05-146 (Peterson/Beahen/Zimmerman absent) <br />adopting Findings of Fact ¢¢0403 relating to the application from Edson <br />Investment Family Limited Partnership for a CUP to export soils. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ¢¢96-05-147 (Peterson/Beahen/Zimmerman absent) <br />approving Edson's request for a CUP and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Council approved amending the Emergency Temporary Structure <br />Permit issued to Mr. Leonard Simon to provide for 180 day extensions <br />from City Council. <br /> <br />Council voted to table the adoption of the ordinance amending Chapter <br />9 of the City Code regarding the parking and storing of private and <br />commercial use vehicles. Screening issues need to be addressed as <br />well as other issues. Council will let you know their issues. This <br />could again be discussed at the joint Planning Commission/City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
