The Planning Commission <br />voted to recommend that City Council adopt the amended Findings <br />of Fact. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve Edson's request for a conditional use permit to grade and <br />export soils from the plat of Brandseth. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Site Plan Review - Dave's Custom Digging (David Hauan): The <br />Planning Commission voted to require a draining and grading plan <br />with a detention pond, and to require some bern'ring as part of the <br />screening plan. The Planning Commission voted to recommend <br />that City Council approve the site plan for Dave's Custom Digging <br />based on the recommendations of City Staff with exceptions to <br />curbing the entire parking lot and application of Class 5 to the <br />storage yard. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the site plan for L.A.N.D. Properties retail center <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated May <br />29, 1996 and nothing more than a right-in only from T.H. #10 <br />dependent on MnDOT's concurrence and DNR certification of the <br />variance.
