(8) "That the proposed <br />zoning amendment will not change the essential character of the <br />area." The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City <br />Council adopt the amended Findings of Fact. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from New Life to rezone certain property to R- <br />3 Urban Residential. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to accept the sketch plan for David <br />Tranby's minor subdivision contingent upon compliance with City <br />Staff Review Letter dated June 24, 1996. Forward final to <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the site plan for Ampride based on discussion and <br />contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated May <br />27, 1996. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the proposed <br />ordinances to amend Chapter 5 and Chapter 9 of Ramsey City Code <br />regarding parking and storing vehicles and equipment in Residential <br />districts be item #1 on the August agenda. <br /> <br />Council granted tinal plat approval to Pondview contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff review letter dated June 18, 1996, and the <br />Developer entering into a development agreement with the City. <br />Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for Ampride contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff review letter dated June 27, 1996, no <br />access onto T.H. #I0, two accesses onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard, and <br />the applicant entering into a development agreement with the City. <br />Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerman asked that in the future, the policy should <br />be that Planning Commission public hearing minutes accompany a case <br />to the City Council. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~-96-07-176 (Beahen/Peterson/Hardin absent) <br />adopting Findings of Fact #0404 relating to a request from New Life <br />Church to rezone certain property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-3 <br />Urban Residential. They also voted to introduce the ordinance to <br />rezone the property from R-I Rural Residential to R-3 Urban <br />Residential. Place on subsequent agenda for formal adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
