B-! Business District ~§ 9.20.21 <br /> <br />9.20.21 B-I Business District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: The purpose of the B-l, Business District is to provide <br />for areas Of commercial development which accommodate shopper type goods.and services as <br />contrasted to auto oriented highway commercial activities. <br /> . Subd.'2. Permitted Uses: (SubjeCt to general requirements and performance <br />standards as specified by this chapter.) <br /> <br />a. Retail business. <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Eating and drinking establishments. <br />Offices and banks. <br /> <br />Personal and professional services. <br /> <br />Commercial car washes (drive through, mechanical, self service) <br />Funeral homes. <br /> <br />g. Medical Clinics. <br /> <br />h. Animal clinics. <br /> <br /> i. Day care centers. <br /> <br /> j. Adult uses-accessory. <br /> <br /> k. Other uses may be permitted upon obtaining a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />No :use which discharges non-domestic sewage shall be permitted on a property which is not <br />serVed by sanitary sewer and municipal water unless it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of <br />the City that such discharge will have proper containment. No use that discharges large quantifies <br />of domestic sewage shall be permitted on a property which is not served by sanitary sewer or <br />municipal water unless it can be demonstrated to the satisfaction of the City that there will be an <br />adeqUate amount of soil absorption area or soil treatment area. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Accessory UseS: <br /> <br /> a. Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to <br /> the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor <br /> ~ space of the principal use unless otherwise approved by the Council. <br /> : b. Off-street parking including semi-trailer trucks,' as regulated and <br /> ~ required by this chapter. <br /> <br /> · . c. Off-street loading as regulated and required by this chapter. <br /> · d. Signing as regulated by §9. I2. <br /> <br /> e.
