§ 9.20.21 Bol Business District <br /> <br />Subd. 4. Standards: <br /> <br />Minimum 'lot area <br />Minimum lot width <br />Minimum l°t depth <br />Maximum structure area <br /> <br /> a. <br /> <br /> (a/so refer to {}9.10 for general performance standards). <br /> <br /> With Municipal Water <br /> and Sanitary Sewer <br /> <br /> 1/2 acre <br /> 1130 feet <br /> 150 feet <br /> 35% of the lot <br /> <br /> All exterior wall finishes on any building shall be: <br /> 1. face brick; <br /> 2. natural stone; <br /> 3. specifically designed pre-cast concrete units whose surfaces have <br /> been integrally treated with an applied decorative material or <br /> texture; <br /> 4. factory fabricated or finished metal framed panel construction, if <br /> the panel material is to be of those noted in 1, 2, or 3 above; <br /> 5. other material as may be approved by the City. Combinations of <br /> such materials shall be permitted.. ' <br /> <br /> b. Each light standard base or island and ali islands in the parking lot shall <br /> be landscaped or covered. <br /> c. Vehicular access points shall be limited, shall create a minimum of <br /> conflict with through traffic movements, and shall be subject to the <br /> approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> d. The entire site shall have a drainage system which is subject to the <br /> approval of the City Engineer.. <br /> <br /> e. The entire site, other than that covered by structures, concrete or asphalt <br /> shall be finished with turf and/or plantings up to the edge of improved <br /> street(s). <br /> <br /> f.. All signing and information or visual communication devices shall be in <br /> compliance with the applicable provisions of the code. <br /> <br />g. Ail' magazining or stacking space for vehicles shall be off-street and <br /> shall be constructed to a size that will accommodate that number of <br /> vehicles which can be serviced during a maximum 30 minute period and <br />. shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br />h. Parking or car magazine storage space shall be screened from view of <br /> abutting residential districts. <br /> <br />i. Provisions are made to control and reduce noise. <br />j. A concrete curb not less than six (6) inches above grade shall separate <br /> the public sidewalk from motor vehicle service areas. <br /> <br />k.
