B-2 Business District § 9.20.22 <br /> <br />9.20~22 B-2 Business District. <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent: To accommodate certain restricted busi.ness uses to act <br />as a transition between intense nonresidential districts and residential districts. These uses are to <br />provide services and goods only for the surrounding neighborhoods and are not intended to draw <br /> <br />customers from the entire City. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2 <br />standards as specified by <br /> <br /> : <br /> <br /> b. <br /> <br /> c. <br /> <br />Permitted Uses: (Subject to general requirements and performance <br />this chapter). <br /> <br /> Offices and banks. <br /> <br /> Personal and professional services. <br /> <br /> Medical clinics. <br /> <br />d. Barber shops. <br /> <br />B-2 DiStrict: <br /> <br />Subd. 3. <br /> <br />e. Beauty parlors. <br /> <br />f. Laundromat, self-service washing and drying. <br /> <br />g. Convenience grocery and/or food operations, may include convenience <br /> gas (no vehicle service or repair). Furthermore, that the enclosed area <br /> devoted to convenience/deli food activity shall not exceed 20% of the <br /> gross floor area. <br /> <br />h. Retail and service activities that do not include outside sales, rental, <br /> storage or service. <br /> <br /> Day care centers. · <br /> <br /> Other uses may be permitted upon obtaining a conditional use permit. <br /> Accessory Uses: The following are permitted accessory uses in a <br /> <br />Commercial or business buildings and structures for a use accessory to <br />the principal use but such use shall not exceed 30% of the gross floor <br />space of the principal use. <br /> <br />Off-street parking as regulated by this chapter, but not including semi- <br />trailer trucks. <br /> <br /> c. Off-street loading as regulated by tiffs chapter. <br /> <br /> d. Signing as regulated by §9.12. <br /> <br />Subd. 4.
