PROPOSED ORDINANCE 4/96- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 9.20.11 R-1R RESIDENTIAL <br />DISTRICT; 9.20.12 R-1U RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND 9.20.13 R-2U <br />RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF <br />RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Sections 9.20.11, 9.20.12, and 9.20.13 are hereby amended to include the following <br />language under Subdivision 2 Permitted Uses: <br /> <br /> Churches (except that no church will be permitted in a building designed primarily <br /> for residential use without first applying for and obtaining a conditional use permit) <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
