The sketch plan consists of one sheet delivered to the City on August 14, 1996. <br />We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />General: The proposed plat is in the Industrial District and consists of two lots and two <br />outlots. <br /> <br />Lot Sizes and Dimensions: Both of the lots meet the 1 acre minimum lot size <br />requirement, however, Lot 1, Block 1 is 10 feet deficient of the 200 foot lot width <br />requirement. <br /> <br />3. Grading and Drainage Plan: A detailed grading and drainage plan will be required with <br /> each site plan submitted for the development of the two lots. <br /> <br />4. Streets: The lots will receive public access from the easterly extension of McKinley <br />: Street N.W., <br /> <br />5. Park Dedication: The Park Commission will be reviewing the plat at their regular <br /> <br />; meeting in September.
