Site Plan Review: Lord of Life Parking Expansion
September 26, 1996

Utilities: The facility is currently served by on-site well and septic system. Any future
building expansion on the site will precipitate connection to municipal services. The
installation of the additional parking lot should be planned so as not to interfere with the
furore extension of services to the building. The alignment of those services should be
coordinated with City Staff.

Drainage and Grading: The new parking area will surface drain from southeast to
northwest a~oss the lots. Catch basins located in the northwest comer of the parking
addition will convey runoff to a detention pond to be located between C.S.A.H. #5 and the
parking lot. ;C. alculations should be submitted documenting the design adequacy of this
pond. The County Highway Deparmaent has a policy of allowing no more than the
predevelopment runoff to the County highway ditch, if an overflow outlet is anticipated.

ThePlanning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 1996~ at
the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review the proposed site
plan. You, .or your representative, should be present at the mb. eting to answer any
questions that may arise.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call us at 427-1410.

Respectfully,

CITY OF RAMSEY

Sylvia Frolik
Zoning Administrator

Steve Jankowski
City Engineer

47
