Wetterlinds' request for a cup for an oversized metal. <br />building on less than 2.5 acres: a) Amend the findings of fact as <br />follows: #14 to indicate that the use will not adversely impact <br />traffic, #15 to indicate that the use will not be unduly dangerous, <br />#16 to indicate that the use will not adversely impact the use of <br />surrounding property, #17 to indicate that the use will not be <br />hazardous, #18 to indicate that the use will be served adequately by <br />public facilities, #19 to indicate that the use will not create additional <br />requirements at public cost, #20 to indicate the use will not involve <br />activities that are detrimental; b) forward the findings of fact and <br />proposed conditional use permit to CoUncil with Planning <br />Commission's recommendation for approval. <br /> <br />Regrading Johnson Holdings' request for an interim use permit for <br />a temporary structure in which to conduct bank business, amend the <br />findings of fact as follows: # 9 to indicate that the use will not <br />increase traffic to the site, #10 to indicate that the use will not be <br />unduly dangerous, #11 to indicate that the use will not impair <br />surrounding properties, #12 to indicate that the use will be <br />maintained to be appropriate in appearance, #13 to indicate that the <br />use will not be hazardous to neighboring uses, and #14 to indicate <br />that the use will be served adequately by public facilities. Forward <br />the findings and interim use permit to Council with the PC's <br />recommendation for approval. Applicant withdrew request. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for Hunt <br />Addition; forward to City Council for final plat approval. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan for Alpaca <br />Estates 4th Addition; direct the applicant to proceed to apply for <br />preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br /> Regarding the draft ordinance to establish regulations for parking <br /> personal and commercial use vehicles in the residential districts, <br /> modify Item 1.b should be amended to: "parking in the front yard <br /> on a driveway, or on a prepared surface in the side yard, or in the <br /> rear yard. Place this case on the September agenda for further <br /> discussion. <br />Council approved the site plan for T & G Land, Inc. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted site plan approval to R.F. Development for the New <br />Horizon Daycare facility. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Amend the proposed ordinance to allow churches as permitted-uses <br />in the R-1 and R-2 Districts to state that conversion of a church <br />structure to a commercial use will not be allowed without a <br />conditional use permit. Forward to City Council with PC's <br />recommendation for adoption. <br /> <br />Forward to City Council the PC's recommendation for final plat <br />approval of Business Park 95 3rd Addition. <br /> <br /> <br />
