Amend Item #3 of the proposed cup to state <br />that the "sign message is herein restricted to identify the occupant <br />and the services offered in the structure at 6720 Riverdale Drive <br />N.W." Forward to City Council the PC's recommendation for <br />adoption of findings of fact and approval of the cup. Council put <br />on hold for further study. <br /> <br />Regarding APT's request for a cup for a pcs tower, amend the' <br />findings of fact to be aff'n'mative. Add #20 to the findings to <br />indicate that the appicant has agreed to move their site 60 feet south <br />so as not to interfere with future plans for the weterly extension of <br />County Raod #116. Forward to City Council the Planning <br />Commission's recommendation for adoption of findings and <br />approval of the cup as proposed. <br /> <br />Schedule a workshop between the Planning Commission and the <br />City Council to work on the proposed ordinance to establish <br />regulations for parking private and commercial use vehicles in the <br />residential districts. <br /> <br />Council apprOved the site plan proposal for the Casey's General Store <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated <br />August 30, 1996. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan proposal for the Burger King facility <br />contingent upon compliance with the City Staff review letter dated <br />August 27, 1996, with the exception of eliminating the Highway #10 <br />access, and resolving the access point on Ramsey Blvd. with the <br />Anoka County Highway Department.
