The windows, as illustrated in the pictures, are in good ~; however, the windows on the south side have been covere~ by asphalt brick, It is unclear whether the original windowS~ are under this material or would require replacement. Project Number The City v.,iH re,dew the interior rafters to determine the extent of the damage and replace any damaged mftex~ and sub-roof. The City will also make repairs to the interior ceiling to prevent additional damage prior to the complete restoration of the building. Describe work and impact on existing feature: The City is proposing to restore the existing windows and replace the windows along the south side if it is found that they are no longer in plae~ under the asphalt brick. The City will also review the replacement of the basement window that appears to have been covered when the new foundation was installed. Describe work and impact on existing feature: The City .will review the condition of each area and tuck point each area'.tlmt requires it, The City will also replace the bricks to the existing materials and construction methods to allow for conformity of the building. Describe work and impact on existing feature: The existing concrete founemtion will be removed, including the entrance steps. The building will then be lifted to allow replacement of damaged bricks and to repair/replace mortar where required. The front steps will be replaced with brick steps similar to original design.
