Absent: Commissioners LaDue and Terry. <br /> <br />Case g7: Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Commissioner D~mer noted that the staff direction dated 8/2/94 to Attorney Goodrich requesting <br />legal opinion with regard to a Kentucky case in the Zoning Bulletin is still pending. <br /> <br />Case #8: Zoning Bulletin and Zoning News .- <br />Commissioner Deemer noted several pertinent cases. <br />COMMISSION INPUT <br /> <br />1) Land Use/Transportation Plan Recommendation Submission to City Council <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland inquired as to when the Land Use/Transportation Plan recommendation <br />would be submitted: to City Council. <br /> <br />Zoning AdministratOr Frolik replied that it would most likely go to City Council the fourth Tuesday <br />in January. <br /> <br />The Planrfing Commission directed Ms. Frolik to notify them when this goes to City Council. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Morion by Commissioner Thorud and seconded by Commissioner Deemer to adjourn the meetkng. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
