B$: James Gromberg, Economic Development Coordinator Background: ' The owners of Dot 3 and lot 3A, Block 3 of Nature View Addition have requested the vacation of a portion of the currently dedicated drainage easement crossing the lot. The propose for this vacation requesl is for the construction of a new home. The City Engineer has reviewed the request and foum I that the remaining drainage easement should be sufficient for the requirements of the lot and subdi~ rision. I I I I I RecommendatiOn: The City Staff reOommends vacation of the drainage and utility easements described as follows: That porti~on of a drainage and utility easement lying westerly of the following described line: Coffimencing at the northwest comer of Lot 3, Block 3 of the Nature View Add/tion; thence so~lth 06 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 165.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 270.00 feet; then4e south 89 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east a distance of 60.00 feet; thence south 33 ~tegrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 190_+ feet to the southerly boundary ~f Lot 3A, Block 3 of the Nature View Addition and there terminating.
