NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM 1T MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />NotiCe is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on <br />TueSday, February 14, '1@95, at the Ramse¥ Municipal Center, '15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.WI, Ramse¥, Minnesota, <br /> <br />The~urpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate the following easements: <br /> The drainage and utility easements described as follows: <br /> <br /> That portion of a drainage and utility easement lying westerly of the following described <br /> line: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 3'of the Nature View Addition; <br /> thence south 06 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 165.00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of <br /> 270.00 feet; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east a distance of 60.00 <br /> feet; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 190+ feet to the <br /> southerly boundary of Lot 3A, Block 3 of the Nature View Addition and there terminating. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />NoWthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
