~ORDINANCE ORDINANCE NO. 95-. CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF- WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ ANOKA COUNTY~ MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SEGTION 1. AUTHORITY. ThisOrdinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The£Ollowing described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: That portion of a drainage and utility easement lying westerly of the following described line: Commencing at the northwest comer of Lot 3, Block 3 of the Nature View Addition; thence south 06 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west a distance of 165.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 270.00 feet; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east a distance of 60.00 feet; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 190+ feet to the southerly boundary of Lot 3A, Block 3 of the Nature View Addition and there terminating. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This! Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07.
