NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey City Council will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on <br />Tuesday, February 14, 1995, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W.;iRamsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request to vacate the following easements: <br /> The drainage and utility easements described as follows: <br /> <br /> ~ A ten foot wide drainage and utility easement, the centerline of which is described as <br /> ~ follows: <br /> <br /> ~: Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 15, Block 1 of the Northfork Point Addition; <br /> ~ thence north 0 degrees 06 minutes 48 seconds east a distance of 410.78 feet and there <br /> ~ terminating. <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. <br /> <br />Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey City Council, 15153 <br />Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
