Ha_kanSon-Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />STS Proposal P-5903 <br /> <br />Once Hakanson-Anderson and STS have agreed on the boring locations, STS will coordinate the <br />utility ~learance through the Gopher State One Call system. Hakanson-Anderson will survey the <br />locatiohs of the borings. Borings at the designated locations will be advanced with an all-terrain <br />drill ri~. Split-barrel (ASTM D-1586) and Shelby tube (D-1587) sampling will be performed. <br />Soil s~mples will be examined, tested and classified in our laboratory. Tests that will be <br />performed may include organic content, dry density, P-200 (percent passing the No. 200 sieve), <br />and m6isture content. <br /> <br />After Completion of the field and the routine laboratory work we will prepare boring logs and a <br />geote~hnical report that will include recommendations for any dewatering measures deemed <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />necessary. <br /> <br /> ESTIMATED FEE <br /> <br />Based!On the scope of work described herein, we estimate the fees will be as follows: <br /> <br />A. Subsurface Exploration <br /> <br />Drilling $8,700 <br />Utility clearance 450 <br />Routine laboratory testing 800 <br />Soil classification and boring log preparation 950 <br />Engineering evaluation report 1,600 <br /> <br />TOTAL $12,500 <br /> <br />Actual job costs will be invoiced using the hourly and/or unit rates included on the attached Fee <br />Schedule.
