We appreciate the chance <br /> to work with yrm. <br /> <br /> We understand ithat the scope of this project is to assist the city with certain professional <br /> Basic and Technical services as it relates to the construction of approximately 4300 L.F. <br /> of 30" sanitary ~ewer trunk and 3400 L.F. of 8" and 2000 L.F. of 12" watermain. The <br /> route of the Sanitary sewer will take it through a DNR protected wetland at an <br /> approximate de~_th of 20-25 feet. The watermain will be constructed along a separate <br /> route, the majo~ty of which will be located within the right-of-way of a County Highway. <br /> The watermainlwill also be required to be jacked under Nowthen Blvd to tie into the <br /> existing water distribution system. <br /> <br /> We shall provide the following Basic Engineering services: <br /> <br /> · Prepare pla!!s and specifications for the extension of sanitary sewer and watermain. <br /> We assume ~e wetlands boundaries have been mapped and will be available for our <br /> use. If the Wetland is required to be delineated and mapped we will consider that to <br /> be an additi{bnal service. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Identify and prepare legal descriptions for easements requ~'red outside dedicated <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Offices in Elk River & Burnsville <br /> <br /> <br />
