Natural Resources (wetland construction and water <br /> appropriations), Water Management Organization and Army Corps of Engineers. <br /> <br />o Prepare the necessary submittal information to the Minnesota Pollution Control <br /> ~ency, the Department o£ Health and Metropolitan Council Wastewater Division. <br /> <br />* ~repare the final cost estimate for the proposed improvement. <br /> <br />o Publicly advertise in the Construction Bulletin and official newspaper and obtain bids. <br /> Mailings of materials, bid advertisements and other associated costs for the <br /> distribution of materials will be considered reimbursable costs. <br /> <br /> Confer with City representatives and representatives of Anoka Hennepin School <br /> District #11 to fi~alize alignments for the improvements, easements, and service <br /> ~quirements. <br /> <br /> If necessary, meet with three landowners for whom easements will need to be <br /> Obtained. We assume that only one meeting with each of the three land owners will <br /> be necessary.
