Technical services from STS <br />for soft evaluation will be provided at cost plus 10%. The budgeted fee for construction <br />staking assumes~the project will be staked a single time for construction. <br /> <br />Our total proje~ed fee for the services you have requested is $78,550.00 I have included <br />with this proposal resumes of the people to be involved with this project, our hourly rate <br />schedule, and 6yr proposal from STS. Following our selection, .we will enter into a <br />proposed contr~t with the City of Ramsey for this work.
