(1968-1978), Mr. Herman held the position of Project <br />Manager and Des!gn Coordinator. He was responsible for all design and plan preparation for <br />utility and street ~rojects performed l~y the firm; the preparation of project feasibility studies, <br />detailed design, ifinal plans and specifications; cost apportionment; and construction <br />management of street and utility projects for public and private clients. <br /> <br />He was Design ~ngineer on the Brooklyn Park-Maple Grove interceptor and Construction <br />Contract Adminis~ator on the Lino Lakes Lift Station/Forcemains and the 52nd Avenue North <br />sewer interceptor repair. <br /> <br />He was Design F~gineer and Project Manager for a five-million gallon prestressed concrete <br />water reservoir.
