FEB 07 '95 05:04 RANDALL DEHNGOODRICH .PERSONS AND L,OCATIONS I~ELI~IBLE FOR A LICENEE No license under this Section shall be issued to an applicant who is a natural person if such applicant: Is a minor at the time the application is filed; Has been convicted of any crime directly related to the occupation licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes §364.03, subd. 2, and has not shown competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and present fitness to perform the duties of a pawnbroker or a secondhand goods dealer as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes §364.03, subd. 3; Is not a citizen of the United States or a resident alien; 4. Is not of good moral character or repute. No license under this Section shall be issued to an applicant that is a partnership if such applicant has any general partner or managing partner who: Is a minor at the time the application is filed; Has been convicted of any crime directly related to the occupation licensed as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes §364.03, subd. 2, and who has not shown competent evidence of sufficient rehabilitation and present fitness to perform the duties of a pawnbroker -or a secondhand goods dealer as prescribed by Minnesota Sta=utes, §364.03, subd. 3; Is not a citizen of the United Sates or a resident alien; 4. Is not of good moral character or repute. No license under this Section shall beissued to an applicant that is a corporation or other organization if such applicant has any manager, proprietor, or agent in charge of the business to be licensed who: 1.
