Medicard <br />Any other information the police chief shall require. <br /> <br />POLICE ENTRY. <br /> <br />Members of the Ramsey Police Department shall have the right to enter the licensed premises at all <br />reasonable times for purposes of verifying that the property listed on the records required by <br />Section i~30.124 are actually at the licensed premises. <br /> <br />Each licensee shall make available to the Chief of Police every day, before the hour of 12:00 noon <br />a complete, legible and correct copy of the records required by this Section for all transactions <br />which OCcurred on the previous day. The records required herein shall be kept at the licensee's <br />place of:business for three years, and shall be available for police inspection at any reasonable <br />time. <br /> <br />SECTION 130.126 HOLDING OF PROPERTY. <br /> <br />When the Chief of Police, or any member of the police force designated by the Chief of Pol/ce, <br />notifies mY licensee not to sell any property received on deposit or purchased by him, or not to <br />permit t~ same to be redeemed, the licensee shall not sell nor permit such property to be redeemed <br />until suM property is released in writing by the Chief of Police, or his designate. <br /> <br />No personal property deposited with or purchased by any licensee under this Chapter shall be sold <br />or perrr~tted to be redeemed from the place of business of licensee until 48 hours after the copy of <br />the records requ/red by Section 130. I24 have been made available to the Chief of Police, except <br />upon written <br /> <br />SECTION 130.127 .REDEMPTION PERIOD. <br /> <br />Any person who pawns an item shall have at least 30 days to redeem the item before it may be <br />sold. <br /> <br />SECTION~ 130.128 PROHIBITED TRANSACTIONS. <br />No pawObroker shall purchase or receive on deposit or pledge anything of value as security for a <br />loan of ~oney from any person, male or female, under lawful age, nor knowingly from intoxicated <br />persons Or those of unsound mind. <br /> <br />SECTION_~ 130.210 HOURS OF OPERATION, <br />From 9~0 p.m. Saturday to 7:00 a.m. Monday, no property shall be received as a pledge or <br />purchas~ by any pawnbroker; nor shall any property be sold during said hours by any <br />pawnbroker, nor on any other day before 7:00 a.m., nor on any day after 9:00 p.m. Further,'no <br />pawnbroker may be open for business on any legal holiday or on a Sunday. <br /> <br />SECTION~: 130.1211. - METHOD OF PAYMENT <br /> <br />When a pawnbroker accepts an item for purchase or as security for a loan, payment shall be made <br />by chec~ only, made payable to the actual intended seller or borrower. ~ <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
