In comp~liance with the advertisement for BIDS, the BIDDER hereby proposes to perform <br /> all workirequired by the project in strict accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br /> with the ~time set forth therein and at the prices stated. <br /> <br />2. By subroission of this BID, each BIDDER certifies, and in the case of a joint BID, each <br /> party thereto certifies as to their own organization, that this BID has been arrived at <br /> independ~ently, without consultation, communication, or agreement as to any matter relating <br /> to this BID with any other BIDDER or with any competitor. <br /> <br />3. The BIDDER hereby agrees to commence work under the CONTRACT on or before a date <br /> to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and to fully complete the project within the <br /> schedul~q time stated in the CONTRACT.
