Creighton stated ~hat close <br />cap~ionin§ does not need to be put in for Quad Cities due to the <br />expense. <br /> <br />Kathi Donnelly-Cohen stated that beginning January, Meredith Cable <br />will provide guarantee service. If Meredith misses an installation <br />appointment, the subscriber will receive a free install. If Meredith <br />misses a repair appointment, the subscriber will receive $20 credit on <br />their bill. <br /> <br />Nagel commented that the Personnel Committee met and agreed to <br />increase the producers salary by 3% and associated producers wages will <br />be increased by 25 cents every 6 months-with a cap at $6.50/hour. <br /> <br />All Commissioners are to turn in the employee review regarding Terry <br />O'ConnelI to Ramsey, they will compile the results and the Personnel <br />Committee'wili review the results. <br /> <br />A motion was made by NageI and seconded by Jacobson, TO APPROVE <br />THE RAISES AS STATED BY THE PERSONNEL COMM~EE. <br /> <br /> 7 ayes - 0 nays. Motion carried. <br />A~ORNEY'S REPORT - 7. <br /> <br />7.1 ~ Final Draft of Memorandum of Understanding <br /> <br />Creighton stated that the rate refunds will begin in 30 days, probably the <br />February billing cycle. : <br /> <br />Creighton stated that he would be writing a letter to Kevin Griffin <br />stating that in 30 days QCCCC will withdraw their complaint regarding <br />the 329 form.
