The Chair and Secretary need to sign the final draft of the <br />lvI2EMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING. As the Steve Boynton, <br />Secretary, will no longer be on the Commission a new secretary will be <br />voted in. <br /> <br />Motion was made by Nagel, seconded by Schroeder, TO ELECT BRUCE <br />JOHNSON AS SECRETARY OF THE COMMISSION. <br /> <br /> 6 ayes - 0 nays.
