Couhcilmember : RESOLUTION MEADOWS introduced the fo[lowing resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-02- GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WHITETAIL :; WHEREAS, Lawrence Ferber, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for Sat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The north half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying east of the right of way of County Road No. 83, according to the recorded plat of: Anoka County Highway Right of Way Plat No. 33. AND WHEREAS, on January 12, 1995, the City received application and sketch plan from Lawrence Ferber; and ~ WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on February 7, 1995 and approved the sketch plan of Whitetail Meadows and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final~lat stage; and ~ WHEREAS,. he Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on February 9, 1995 and reco~ended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements. NoW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ~AMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) : That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to WHITETAIL i MEADOWS in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and ~e following voted against the same: and ~e following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ~th day of February, 1995.
