Commissioner Hendriksen stated he didn't feel all <br /> of th~ items should be in the affirmative. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Holland. <br /> <br /> The planning Commission proceeded to review the terms of the CUP. <br /> <br /> Moffon by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to amend g4 to read <br /> "Tha._t any stock piles of material shall be limited to a maximum height of 35 feet as measured from <br /> the ~isting ground elevation over which it is placed and shall be located no closer than 20 feet to <br /> any l~roperty boundary." <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawden, Commissioners Deemer, La.Due, Hendriksen, <br /> Ten'p, and Thomd. Voting No: None. Absent: CommissionerFlolland. <br /> <br />Commissioner Hendriksen felt the Commission should put in a term requiring that the odor <br />prob.[em be addressed ff brought to the permit holder's attention. <br /> <br />Cha~erson Bawden noted that the CUP requires compliance with the MPCA standards, and <br />bey~d that, odors are difficult to enforce because it is such a subjective issue. <br /> <br />Co~ssioner Deemer suggested puffing in a condition that requires the permit holder to crush at <br />least/Once a year thereby promoting usage of the recycled product.
