PaWnbrokers <br /> <br />7.~3.04 <br /> <br /> b. <br /> <br />§ 7.14 <br /> <br />by a person who is ineligible for a license under any of the <br />requirements of this Section, except that a proper4fy owner who is <br />a minor or who has been convicted of a crime, other than a crime <br />involving theft, shall not make the premises ineligible under this <br />subsection. <br /> <br />Records <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br /> required. <br /> <br /> Every pawnbroker purchasing or receiving on deposit for a loan any article Of <br /> personal property shall give to the person selling or depositing such article a <br /> plain written or printed ticket or receipt for the article so sold or deposited, <br /> showing the terms of such sale or loan. <br /> <br /> Each licensee hereunder shall keep a record of each transaction made in the <br /> course of their business. Such records shall be in a form prescribed by the <br /> Administrator and shall, in all instances, be legibly made in ink and be in the <br /> English language. The records so kept shall include the following <br /> information about each transaction: <br /> <br />1. The name, address, and date of birth of the person pledging or selling <br /> the item. <br /> <br />2. The time and date of the transaction. <br />3. A complete description of the item pledged or s01d, including all <br /> identifying numbers and identifying marks.' <br /> <br />4. A physical description of the person pawning or selling the item, <br /> including: <br /> (a) ' race <br /> (b) sex <br /> (c) height <br /> (d) weight <br /> (e) color of eyes <br /> (f) color of hair <br /> The amount of money paid or Ioaned for the item, <br /> <br /> The signature of the person pleading or selling the item. <br /> <br /> The identification number from any of the following forms of <br /> idehtification of the seller: <br /> (a) valid driver's license containing a picture <br /> (b) Minnesota picture identification card <br /> (c) Medicard <br /> <br /> Any other information the police chief shall require. <br /> <br />71~ 1 3.0 5 Police Entry.
