ORDINANCE NO. 95-__ CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF- WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. Thc ~ty of Ramsey Ordains: SEGTION 1. AUTHORITY. This~rdinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of ~sey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SEQTION :2. VACATION The~ollowing described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: That portion of a drainage and utility easement lying westerly of the following i described line: Commencing at the northwest comer of Lot 3, Block 3 of the Nature View Addition; thence southerly along the west line of said lot 3; a distance ! of 165.00 to the point of beginning; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds · east a distance of 270.00 feet; thence south 89 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds east a distance of 60.00 feet; thence south 33 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of I90-2: feet to the southerly boundary of Lot 3A, Block 3 of the Nature View Addition and there terminating. SECTION 3.
