The <br />property owner ~as applied for and received an Admlrfistrafive Subdivision to move the lot line to <br />the west to faei ',l'li~te a retaining wail. The owners of both the affected properties have provided <br />new drainage and, utility easements along the newly created lot line. <br /> <br />Council conducted a public hearing at their February 14, 1995 meeting, and hearing no opposition <br />introduced the ~oposed ordinance vacating drainage and utility easements along the former <br />westerly lot lineiofLot 15, Block 1, Northfork Point Addition.
