iV. <br /> <br />At the time of the installation of the culva~ at !56th Avenu~ <br />and Hematite Street, i~ was found that the water did drai~ <br />northeasterly to County Ditch No. 66 and 3 and eventually to <br />~he ~um River as proposed in the City's Comprehensive Storm <br />Dr=image Plan. Therefore, this study was limited to the area <br />lying south of !56th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />PROPOSED !MPROVE..~ENT~ <br /> <br />As shown on E¥~.ibit B, the proposed improvements consists of <br />the addition of one driveway culvert'and minor grading along <br />the high points of T-he existing ditch. Due to the limited <br /> <br /> % <br />scope of work re_c%lired, it is proposed to have the City's <br /> <br />.~ub!ic Works Department complete the work. <br /> <br />ES~IM3.TED COSTS <br /> <br />Based on a meeting with the residents in the area on <br />January 17, !989, the landowners agreed to allow T_he City the <br />right ~o enter unto their properties and do the necessary <br />construction to open up the ne=ufa! drainageway. They would <br />not provide pe_--manent easements. However, drainage laws would <br /> <br /> m_o~k_ng the ne=ufa! flow of drainace <br />~-~~ anyone ~rom ' ~ ~ ~ <br /> <br /> <br />
