Th~se drainage and utility easements are the traditional 10-foot wide easements <br />that are acquired during the platting process. The developer intends to rededicate new <br />easements at thb time that the replatting is completed. <br /> <br />Council condu~cted a public hearing on Tuesday, December 13, 1994, and hearing no <br />opposition, inffoduced the ordinance vacating drainage and utility easements along the <br />borders of Lo~ 2, Block 2, and Outlot C of Rum River Hills Addition.
