ORDINANCE NO. 95-XX CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN :ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF- WAy IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easements is hereby vacated, to-wit: ' That part of the drainage and utility easement over, under, and across that part of Lot 1, Block 2, Rum River Hills, lying within a 10-foot wide strip of land, the exterior boundaries of which are the perimeter lot lines of said Lot 2, Block 2, Rum River Hills, ~ Anoka County, Minnesota. :~ That part of the drainage and utility easement over, under, and across that part of Outlot C, ~ Rum River Hills, lying within a 10-foot wide strip of land, the exterior boundaries of } which are the perimeter lot lines of said Outlot C, Rum River Hills, Anoka County, ; Minnesota. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey this the 14th day of March, 1995.
