CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> #95-12 <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />NotiCe is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Tuesday, March 14, 1995, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center, <br />15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, MN. <br /> <br />The Purpose of the hearing is to consider Improvement Project//95-I2 drainage improvements for <br />SectiOn 22 pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 444 and the Ramsey City Code. The area <br />proposed to be assessed for such improvement is all of the property located in the Rum River <br />Drainage District The estimated total cost of the above described project is $27,950. The cost of <br />the project will have the following estimated effect on properties located in the Rum River Drainage <br />District: <br /> <br /> ¢ Estimated increase of taxes on a $100,000 residential property $7.49 <br /> ~ Estimated increase of taxes on a $100,000 commercial property $27.46 <br /> <br />All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the proposed improvement <br />project~ The City of Ramsey complies with the Americans With Disabilities Act and upon advance <br />request, inform~/tion will be provided in an alternative form and interpreters will be available. Any <br />person with such a request should contact Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik at 427-1410 by <br />5:00¢.m. on March 10, 1995.
