Coun~ilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #95-03- <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~95-12 (SECTION #22 <br /> DRA-tNAGE IMPROVEMENT) <br /> <br /> ~ WHEREAS, a resolution adopted on February 14, 1995, by the City Council, <br /> authorized the preparation of a feasibility report for Improvement Project ~95-12; and <br /> <br /> ~ WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study for the drainage <br />improvements located in Section #22; and <br /> <br /> ~ WHEREAS, the City Council has received the said feasibility study on February 28, <br /> 1995~ and scheduled a public hearing for March 14, 1995; and <br /> <br /> ~: WHEREAS, City policy states that the City's portion of drainage improvements are to <br />be p~d through Drainage District Taxing Districts. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> ? <br />1) ~ That the said project be ordered as defined by the Council Resolution adopted on the 28th <br /> ~ day of February, 1995. <br /> <br />2) ~ That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
