Coun~ilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-03- RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~95-12 (SECTION #22 DRA-tNAGE IMPROVEMENT) ~ WHEREAS, a resolution adopted on February 14, 1995, by the City Council, authorized the preparation of a feasibility report for Improvement Project ~95-12; and ~ WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared a feasibility study for the drainage improvements located in Section #22; and ~ WHEREAS, the City Council has received the said feasibility study on February 28, 1995~ and scheduled a public hearing for March 14, 1995; and ~: WHEREAS, City policy states that the City's portion of drainage improvements are to be p~d through Drainage District Taxing Districts. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: ? 1) ~ That the said project be ordered as defined by the Council Resolution adopted on the 28th ~ day of February, 1995. 2) ~ That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall ~: prepare plans and specifications for the completion of this project. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this Mayor the 14th day of March, 1995.
