We feel the assessment group is arbitrary with no
direct benefits to our property.

We purchased Our home and lot one year ago. The lot included the cost of development
and improvements including drain systems. We feel this cost should have covered any
immediate or anticipated near term projects such as the one under consideration.

We would als° like to comment that your letter is confusing and incomplete. There is no
statement on the purpose of the project, no stated benefit, no reference to environmental
impact, and no!clear statement of how long the assessment must be paid. It seems the
letter is only v~ritten to meet minimum legal guidelines and not as a public service.

'G~ an]/Kare~n Rieks

f/
