The property is currently zoned <br />R-3 Urban ReSidential for multi-family units. Mr. Gotham is proposing to develop the <br />entirety of theproperty with single family homes which will require rezoning the property <br />to R-1 Urban l~esidential. On February 28, 1995, Council adopted a resolution rezoning <br />certain proper~y from R-3 Urban Residential to R-1 Urban Residential. Council also <br />introduced the~ proposed ordinance rezoning the proposed plat of Willow Ridge to R-1 <br />Urban Residential.
