PROPOSED ORDINANCE <br />ORDINANCE qS-YY <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> :: STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> · <br />AN ~MENDMENT TO .CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE <br />SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE <br /> <br />MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TH~ CITY CODE <br /> <br />SECTION I, <br /> <br />AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" <br />OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT. <br /> <br />ZONING AND <br />OF RAMSEY~ <br /> <br />OF CHAPTER 9 OF <br /> <br />The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 Urban Residential to R-1 <br />Urban Residential: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Northwest corner of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES <br />according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in <br />and for Anoka County, Minnesota; thence South along the West line of said GORHAM'S <br />SANDY ACRES ESTATES for a distance of 549.17 feet, thence West and parallel with the <br />North line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 24 for a distance of 429.98 feet to a <br />point hereinafter known as Point A; thence continuing West and parallel with said North <br />line of the Southwest Quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence <br />Southeasterly along said centerline for a distance of 400.57 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of land to be described; thence East and parallel with said North line of the <br />Southwest Quarter for a distance of 593,98 feet; thence Northwesterly to the <br />aforementioned Point A; thence East and parallel with said North line of the Southwest <br />Quarter to the West line of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES to the Southwest <br />corner thereof; thence Westerly along the Westerly extension of the South line of said <br />GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. <br />47; thence Northwesterly along said centerline to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />~on recording of final plat: <br /> <br /> Willow Ridge, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />SECTION 2. ~ <br /> <br />The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of <br />Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
