I I I I I I I I I I I I March 05, 1993 Dear Council Members, This lette~ is written by the Concerned citizens of Golden Eagle Estates expressing their stand on the Bison Street Project f92-23 as follows: 171st Aven~e N.W. between Bison Street N.W. and Zeolite Street N.W. be removedi, as proposed, until Bison Street is connected to the Trott Brook Ridge development to the south, as platted. Note: 1. It is unacceptable for the families in Golden Eagle Estates to sacrifice the quality of our residential neighborhood, and the safety of our children, until, if ever, certain residents sell their property. If Bison Street is to be terminated in a cul-de- sac, and 171st Avenue N.W. between Bison Street N.W. and Zeolite Street N.W. be removed, both parties (residents of Bison Street and Golden Eagle Estates) will be satisfied. In addition, the City of Ramsey, will have the satisfaction knowing the extended Bison Street cul-de-sac will be corrected when certain property owners sell. · We recommend, if the residents at the end of Bison '.Street are unwilling to sell the right of way, the City of Ramsey obtain the right of way now for the~ through street. The City of Ramsey can then connect up Bison Street with the Trott Brook Ridge development to the south, as platted, with a'dirt road. The Bison Street residents can then pave the road at there convenience and the citizens of Golden Eagle Estates will have had their concerns properly addressed. The ConcerDed Citizens of Golden Eagle Estates consist of approximately 23 households with over twenty children under the age of 10. ~ Please consider our position during the h&aring' a~d upon your dellberatlo~%s on Project #92-23.
