May 2, 1989: Attended Planning and Zoning (P & Z) meeting concerning iDellwood Hills and presented petition (Appendix A) concerning traffic from Dellwood Hills 2. June 12i 1989: Attended P & Z meeting - Dellwood ~ills given preliminary~plat approval. Asked what course of action we had, told to attend City Council meeting when final plat approval would be addresse~. 3. August .22, 1989: Attended City Council meeting, presented second petition (Appendix B) listing concerns about increased traffic through Golden Eagles Estates from Dellwod Hills. 4. Trott B~ook Ridge given preliminary plat approval by P & Z, recommended Iconnecting Bison St. to street through Trott Brook Ridge. Stat~sfied our concerns by offering another east-west road to carry traffic to Variolite. 5. Public ihearing held. to discuss improvements to Bison St. Minutes fromithose meetings gave us little concern that Bison St. would remainla dead end. Mayor-Reimann even stated he was against extended culgde-sacs and wanted road to go through. 6. May 22, ~990: Council voted to leave Bison St. a cul-de sac. 7. Made phone calls to council members about Bison St. decision. 8. June 12,i 1990: Submitted letter (Appendix C) addressed to Mayor Reimanm with petition originally presented on August 22, 1989. 9. Mayor submitted above letter for the record at July 10, 1990 City council ~eeting. 10. July 24, ,1990: Council decided to hold another public hearing on August 28, 1990. 11. August 28, 1990: Council took comments from the ·public. We submitted third petition (Appendix D) addressing our concerns. 12. OctoberT 1990: Council tabled Bison St. project. Engineer to m~et with Bison St. owners. City
