Dear Pete: As you, City Eggineer Steve Jancowski, and myself discussed on Friday March 17 the following MN/D.tpT requirements will have to be met before access to East side of 149th Lane NW to TH 47 isiallowed. A South Bound TH 47 right turn lane will have to be constructed along with the planned North Bound right turn,lane at the proposed location of the development Willow Ridge, 149th Lane NWo . The city must be lin agreement to close the 'access onto TH 47 at 152 Ave. NW. and force the' traffic to utilize the frontage road to l~49th Lane NW. The site distance at 152nd Ave. NW is very poor and by ~tilizing 149th Lane as access the additional right turn lane.South Bound TH 47 will be requir6d. As you know I talked to City Engineer, Steve Jancowski, about a Access Management Plan for the City of R~sey for TH 47 and that the new access, to TH 47 at 149th Lane will effect this plan and future development onto TH 47. Please submit ad4itional plans for the South Bound turn lane and cross sections of both turn lanes at TH 47 and 149th Lane. If you have any questions please call me at 582-I443.
