Councilmemb~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #95-05-... RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF WILLOW RIDGE WHEREAS, Gotham Builders, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for final plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Commencing at the Northwest corner of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota; thence South along the West line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES for a distance of 549.17 feet, thence West and parallel with the North line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 24 for a distance of 429.98 feet to a point hereinafter known as Point A; thence continuing West and parallel with said North Iine of the Southwest Quarter to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47; thence Southeasterly along said centcrline for a distance of 400.57 feet to the actual point of beginning of land to be described; thence East and parallel with said North line of the SoUthwest Quarter for a distance of 593.98 feet; thence Northwesterly to the aforementioned Point A; thence East and parallel with said North line of the Southwest Quarter to the West line of GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES to the Southwest corner thereof; thence Westerly along the Westerly extension of the South line of said GORHAM'S SANDY ACRES ESTATES to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No, 47; thence Northwesterly along said centerline to the point of beginning. aND WHEREAS, on. February 8, 1994, the City received application and sketch plan from Gorh.am Builders, Inc.; and ~WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on August .11, 1994 and recommended the acceptance of a cash payment; and ~zWHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 2, 1994 and approved the sketch plan; and fWHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on Febm~ 7, 1995 and recommended preliminary plat approval; and ~ WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on February 28, I995 and granted preliminary plat approval to Amber Ridge; NO~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) ~ That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Willow Ridge in ~ accordance with relevant City Codes. ¢ That park dedication requirements shall be satisfied by a cash payment. 2) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by upon ~ote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: 15¥ and I I I I I I I !
