The options before Council are: <br /> <br />a. Do nothing. The lack of accessory apartment language in code means the use is prohibited <br /> ahd City Staff should be instructed to not accept conditional use permit applications for <br /> accessory apartments in the single family district in the furore. <br /> <br />b. adopt the proposed ordinance to continue to allow the City to consider accessory <br /> apartments on a case by case basis with some established criteria.
