He noted that the schools are already <br />over-crowded, andistudents are being bussed into Anoka. He stated that the City has enough new <br />housing coming in ~at they don't need to further tax the school system. <br />Wayne Adams, 5335 180th Avenue N.W. - stated that the ordinance doesn't seem to be limited to <br />rental apartments. IHe understood it to read that if you have a finished basement with a kitchen, <br />then you should pa~ a fee. He felt that the ordinance should be worded to address only apartments <br />that people rent out.~ <br /> <br />Karen Effertz, 882~ 176th Avenue N.W. - stated that she has looked for a lot with acreage in the <br />past but could not i~cause of the "4 in 40" policy.
