(County Road #5 - County Road #56) iMayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 7:22 p.m. ~Citizen Input ~'Jim Struwve, 15328 Hematite Street N.W., Ramsey, stated he lives adjacent 153rd and ? that he got a notice that he was going to be assessed for this improvement. He explained ~ that h~s driveway fronts on Hematite and when the new road was put in three years ago, he was told that it was an MSA Street and there would not be a charge for maintenance. He commented there are 12 people on his street and five of the 12 received notice of assessment. He reported that the City made him move his back driveway to 153rd so he could get into his back lot. Mr. Jankowski stated that the City is in the process of reviewing its assessment policy on how corner lots and MSA roadways are handled. It would be easier to drop people from the assessment roll instead of adding them later. He reiterated that the Road and Bridge Committee tabled this issue and suggested it be discussed by the entire Council at a workshop.
