Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen <br /> and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> Case #3: Introduce Proposed Ordinance Vacating Drainage and Utility <br /> - Easements Along the former Westerly Lot Line of Lot 15, <br /> ? Block 1, Northfork Point Addition <br /> <br /> Mayor Hardin closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 8:0I p.m. in order <br /> tG conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br /> Public Hearing <br /> <br /> ~ayor Hardin called the public hearing to order at 8:0I p.m. <br /> ~resentation <br /> City Engineer Jankowski stated that the owner of Lot 15, Block 1, Northfork Point <br /> Addition has requested the vacation of the traditional five-foot wide drainage and utility <br /> ~asements on both sides of the western lot line. The property has applied for and received <br /> ~ Administrative Subdivision to move the lot line to the west to facilitate a retaining wall. <br /> The owners of both the affected properties have provided new drainage and utility <br /> ~asements along the newly created lot line. <br /> <br /> ~itizen Input <br />~Pete Schweppe, owner of the property, introduced himself to Council and stated he was <br />~available in case they had questions. <br /> <br />~Motion by Councilmember Peterson and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the <br />~public hearing. <br /> <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Hardin, Councilmembers Peterson, Beyer, Beahen <br /> and Zimmerman.
